Eric Kim has been admitted to the PhD program in Slavic Languages and Literatures at Stanford University. He completed his senior thesis in spring 2018 (his junior year!): “Dining With Drama: How Pushkin and Gogol create a new tradition.”

Luke Jackmauh has received a year-long Frederick Sheldon Fellowship for post-graduate research in Budapest.

Sierra Nota completed her senior honors thesis titled, “Make way for the Railway: Transit-oriented development in the city of Irkutsk”.

Sebastian Reyes completed his senior honors thesis titled, “Benefit Yourself, Your Family, Your Country: Youth politics in Putin’s Russia, 2000 to today.”

Alexandra Shpitalnik completed her senior honors thesis titled, “Civil Society in the Shadow of Leviathan: The development and role of socially oriented non-governmental organizations in the Russian Federation.”
