Ania Aizman wins Association for Women in Slavic Studies Essay Competition
Ania Aizman has won the 2017 Graduate Essay competition in the Association for Women in Slavic Studies for her essay, “The Considerable Anarchism of the Present Moment: Post-Soviet Russian Philosophy in Search of a New (Old?) Avant-Garde.” The award will be presented at the ASEEES meeting in Chicago in November. Ania has just received her PhD in Comparative Literature at Harvard, and is a postdoctoral fellow at the Davis Center for Russian, East European, and Eurasian Studies this year. Congratulations!
