Polish Aa Students Chef Up Obwarzanki!

Last Friday, students in Preceptor Iryna Kovalchuk's Polish Aa class had the opportunity to learn how to make obwarzanki krakowskie (Krakow braided mini-breads) with Matthew Wozny, Harvard College graduate and local Polish Kulturträger. The students had a wonderful time learning about the history of these snacks, as well as making and sampling them. We are so grateful to Matthew for sharing his cultural knowledge and expertise, and to Iryna for organizing this unique opportunity!
