Any undergraduates, graduate students, faculty, staff, etc. are welcome to attend. It's never too early. Even if these are your first few weeks in Russian, come to listen and to talk! 

If you're not an undergraduate, please let the Director of the Language Program, Steven Clancy (sclancy@fas.harvard.edu), know if you plan to attend, so that he can make sure you can enter the Memorial Hall and get card access for all future lunch meetings.
