#  Volodymyr Dibrova's Perekazky published by Komora, Kyiv

Volodymyr Dibrova's collection *Perekazky (Retellings)* were published in September 2013 by Komora, Kyiv.

The collection consists of eleven chapters, including a commentary and a variation on themes of famous fairy tales and other literary works, that include examples of folklore and folk narratives, the myth and the duma, a parable for first-graders and a passage from the Bible, and even a modern novel.

The volume is one of the contenders for this year’s BBC Ukrainian service Book of the Year award, and is also in the process of being nominated for Y.Sheveliov 2013 literary criticism award.
