#  Maya Garcia wins ASEEES dissertation research grant

 Maya Garcia, a sixth-year graduate student in the Slavic Department, has won an ASEEES dissertation research grant in LGBTQ studies for her work on “Ivan the Terrible’s Queer Legacy in the Arts.” Another superb recognition for her excellent dissertation project, following on a Fulbright Fellowship in 2019-20.
